By downloading, installing, or using Körkort Hero you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the prohibited-use rules below.

1. Terms of Use

The application is provided as-is, without any express or implied warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or continuously available.
All content is provided for general informational and study purposes only and does not constitute official authority guidance, legal advice, or professional advice.
Nordic Theory Labs may modify, restrict, suspend, or update features, content, access conditions, and these terms whenever deemed necessary and without prior notice.
Continued use of the application after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the current version.

No guarantee is given that any information, question, or explanation in the app is complete, current, or fully aligned with official Swedish Transport Agency sources.
The user is solely responsible for their decisions, actions, device security, and compliance with applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordic Theory Labs and related parties are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the application.
Users must independently verify current laws, official rules, and notices issued by Transportstyrelsen and Trafikverket.

Users may not engage in unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing conduct.
Reverse engineering, attempts to access source code, unauthorised copying, redistribution, or unlicensed commercial use are prohibited.
Automated abuse, bulk requests, scraping, fake account creation, and any attempt to circumvent access controls are prohibited.
Access may be suspended or terminated without prior notice if violating use is detected.

Premium features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store, depending on the platform you use.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the platform’s subscription settings (e.g. iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.

All content, design, code, and trademarks within the application are the property of Nordic Theory Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own study and personal use, subject to these terms.

These terms are governed by Swedish law and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
